1. First Name*
Fill in your first name and your middle name (if applicable) as it is written in you ID or Passport. Please do not include diacritical marks such as accents (‘) or tildes (~). This information will be used for your official record.

Fill in your first name as it is written in you ID or Passport. Initials are insufficient. You can enter up to three names. Please do not include diacritical marks such as accents (‘) or tildes (~). This information will be used for your official record.

3. Birth Date*
Enter your date of birth (month, day, 4-digit year). Your correct date of birth in conjunction with your name allows easy identification of your application.

4. Nationality*
Enter your nationality as it is written in your passport. If you have dual nationality, please use the space to specify your dual nationality.

5. Gender*
Fill in your gender.
Example: Male
6. Email*
It is important to enter a valid email address that you check on regular bases. This email will be used to contact you about your application. If you don’t have an email you will have to set up one – you can use any provider such as Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail.

7. Start Date
Choose from the dropdown the date you would like to start your studies. By default you will be considered for the next upcoming term if you don’t explicitly choose another start date.

8. First preferred program
Choose from the dropdown your desired degree program of study. This is your top choice for a program.
9. Second preferred program
Choose from the dropdown your second preferred program. You may be considered for your second preferred programs if you are not admitted you the first preferred program.

Choose from the dropdown your third preferred program. You may be considered for your third preferred programs if you are not admitted you the second preferred program.

11. Tick this box if you have previously applied to the UNYBT
Tick this box if you have previously applied to the University New York of Business and Technologies. If this is your second time applying you don’t have to send a scanned copy of your high school or university diploma.
